The Mighty Mac® SC1650 is the perfect machine for the homeowner who needs strong equipment but does not want to pay the commercial duty price. The SC1650 is built to high-quality standards and craftsmanship for years of durability and dependability.

In its shredding section, the SC1650 features 36 free-swinging hammers. This hammermill will produce up to 86,400 hits a minute. It just pulverizes material put into the hopper chute. The chipper has a single heat-treated steel knife that aggressively chips branches and small trees up to 4 inches thick. In less than 60 seconds, the chipper will turn a 10-foot branch into clean, crisp, thumbnail-sized chips that are great for mulching!

This hammermill shredder-chipper is fit with a centrifugal clutch, which allows for easy no load starting on the operator and machine. Unlike direct drive machines, the centrifugal clutch allows the engine to disengage when stressed under a heavy load. This allows the engine to gain RPMs faster and more efficiently pulverize the material.

The SC1650E is tractor or ATV/UTV towable.  An optional highway tow kit converts this to a road towable machine.
